Yoga is traditionally taught through "parampara", the unbroken flow of knowledge from teacher to student, ensuring the preservation of spiritual wisdom. Whether you are just starting your journey or a seasoned practitioner looking to fine tune your practice, you will benefit from one-to-one guidance based on your specific goals.
