Learning to be a Yoga Teacher is much more than just a career option. It gives you the chance to dive deeper into an ancient lineage that encapsulates philosophy, the body, the breath, the mind, and much more. The 200hr program explores the history of Yoga with its modern day influence, along with sport science informed anatomical study of movement and the body, as well as thought-provoking discussions on Yogic Philosophy, the energy body, and the layers of being.
